About
Anton Gerasimov once again sends the listener to his native Ilgums, a land where the marker of happiness holds between "not being a jerk" and a successful purchase of apples. His new reflections are a hymn to caffeine paranoia, where even death turns into an improvised "genga" party at the wake. In this world, the neighbor is a museum artifact, the office plankton is the bearer of noble genes, and the physical therapist's last name is remembered better than the birthdays of relatives. The main trick is to observe mediocrity in detail and grinningly record the absurdity of everyday life without trying to improve it. And, of course, to laugh at the fact that in Ilgums self-development is just survival among old samurai and manic English teachers.
