About
Pavel Dedischev seems not so much to joke as to exhale into the microphone everything that surrounds him - from the prices of church services and the quirks of Kremlin relations to the dull stoicism of modern life. In his concerts, politics balances on the edge of absurdity, and questions of friendship and faith are placed in the most ironic position. In a world where family dramas and domestic addictions intertwine with archaeological mysteries, mate is the only honest language, and cats and mothers become an integral part of a larger personal tragicomedy. Pavel observes ironically and with lazy sadness: reality has once again turned out to be worse than a joke, and everyone is almost used to it.
