The eternal search for meaning in the minutiae of everyday life, strange people and pets that seem to take revenge on humanity for everything. Emigration, anxiety and the meaninglessness of choice - all this is imbued with a slight weariness and irony, as if the world is a big joke in which we have not yet learned to play by the rules.
