Ilya Afanasyev has lived to the point where growing up is not a feat, but a chronic misunderstanding. His concert "Survivor's Error" is a tour through tire shops, serials about bald authority figures and unsolicited parental advice, where light longing is replaced by absurdity.
The themes seek support in shamans or mental institutions, but even here there is no peace. Adulthood acts as a mobster handing out meaningless tasks, and the only tool for survival is self-irony. Everything that happens around him surprises him, but this surprise has long since ceased to be joyful.
