A tale of the endless petty turmoil of modernity - from communications and cabs to hotels and psychologists - tinged with tired irony and slight anxiety. The hero tries to figure out how to live among the endless assessments, fears and strange social rituals, but is increasingly confronted with absurdity and his own infirmity.
