When life throws up scooter riders and bums with trout, and you're trying to figure out how not to go crazy in a dacha without running water and with hemorrhoids, you can only ironically stare at the absurdity around you and wait for a movie about a cool Russian cop or at least about Mukhtar, who is far from being on duty.
